South Beach Swimming Pool is available for Participating
Sea Pines Property Owners and their accompanying guests*
Please note:
There is no lifeguard on duty at South Beach Pool
Patrons swim at their own risk
Children 16 years of age and younger
must be accompanied by an adult
CSA currently provides limited access to the South Beach Pool for
Participating Property Owners (RPO's as defined in 74 Covenants)*
who are current in their annual assessments and dues payable to the CSA.
These owners must pre-register with South Beach Pool prior to entry,
possess a valid CSA Property Owner Photo ID Card and sign a
release / waiver with the Owner of the pool.
All other visitors must pay a fee to the Owner of the pool
and execute the necessary Agreements for access.

* (C) Participating Property Owners shall be all those owners of Residential lots,
and Family Dwelling Units, except the Company, who execute that certain Agreement,
known as the "Advisory Group Agreement", and all owners of Residential lots and
Family Dwelling Units who purchase property in Sea Pines Plantation which is subject
to the payment of the same or greater dollar amount of the assessments provided for herein.
There has been instances of misinformation in online blogs,
chat rooms, e-mails and text messages concerning the pool,
including that the pool is being demolished and replaced
by commercial retail operations.
Please always check here for accurate information as we work
to offer a better amenity to the Sea Pines Community.
Renee .....he has zero intention of having a pool.
He wants all that space for parking and a
money grab for himself...It's deplorable.
Scott ....it has been my suggestion that the pool
is not coming back
Renee ....he does exactly what he wants
Teresa ....not Bob gossetts job anymore. He's retired.
Renee....Gossett is all conflict of interest and should
not have any position with CSA
Tom ....Option A - accompany your guests and use your
SP owner's card to allow entry while you stay with them at the pool
(From South Beach Pool: This not a valid option for rental properties)
Renee ...just like Bob Gossett Sea pines allows him to
do so much that shouldn't be happening
Ted ...the rest were split between free commercial passes from the Salty Dog

Commercial Guest Free Pass Program
nor have we accepted any Incremental Funding
from the 2018 Gate Agreement)
Tom ...as I have posted, the closing of the South Beach Pool
has had a very bad smell to it from the get-go
